The reason why most network marketers fail when it comes to recruiting is because of their lack of understanding of who they should deal with and what the process of recruiting is in the first place.
Nowdays the internet makes it easier for anyone to become a recruiting machine if the right strategy is employ. In other to become a master at recruiting  you should first know about the basics.  So here are some tips that will set you up on the right track.
1.  Have a funded proposal

2. Know your Target market
Your target market should not be everyone that you come  3 foot close to nor should it be the list of names you have on your leads list that you have purchased. Your target market should be the people that are already involve in some kind of network marketing business or sold on the idea of multi level marketing as a whole.

3.  Stop Promoting your Company
This is where the key to your success truly comes from.  Instead of promoting your company , you should be promoting  YOU  as the brand , as the leader.  The truth of the matter is  people join  leaders not the opportunity .

4. Use Social Media
Use social media as a tool to get your name out there and the best part is it’s FREE.  Social media puts you in total control by giving you the ability to start creating a relationship base prospect that can turn into customers .

5. Create contents
Content is really important if using social media.  Content is simply giving good information that can solve a problem in someone mlm business.  You can create content through videos, articles, blogs etc. if you create good content , you will start attracting the right people to you which will expose you more as a leader.
6. Stay Committed
Most network marketers are often too impatient to wait for the success to take shape.  Since we live in a microwave society, people tend to want  everything now without really focusing and  following the map that help them get there.  You have to understand that using the internet for anything takes time because you have to build trust first.  Building trust first is the best way to create a long term partnership  in the future if you really want to be successful. My advice is stick to your plan before you know it you will get to that point where you are an authority figure and people will want to be associated with you in whatever business that you are part of.
