Having a home business is no easy task  and finding a way to build it can be very stressful financially. So how does one build a home business on  a budget  without the financial strain? Well it can be very simple if you follow these  principals.  The first principal that you need to know  is to determine who’s your target market.  Researching your target market will help you not waste time and money marketing to everybody.

When determining your target market in the homebased business industry you want to be very specific and focus on the group of people that are already knowledgeable about the industry  and that are more likely to buy your products or services.

The second principal is to acquire all the skills necessary to influence or attract people within that target market. You can acquire the skills by studying attraction marketing which is the building of relationship with your potential customers.
Third, you need to get all free and inexpensive tools to cover all your basis with marketing.  To really market your business on a low cost  you want to use web 2.0 marketing, social  media marketing  such as Twitter , Facebook , Myspace  because  they’re free. 

 As I have mentioned above this is where attraction marketing will play a big part  when using social media so it is imperative that you start learning how to effectively use it to your benefit.  Some of the inexpensive tools you would need  for your marketing is a domain name and a hosting account to help you with your website and a marketing system that can help you furthermore with your marketing efforts  by teaching you all the tricks you need to know on how to generate leads with Web 2.0 marketing.
